1. MGRC: WillScot Holdings (WSC) announced that it has agreed with McGrath RentCorp (MGRC) to terminate the companies’ merger. Despite working closely with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for months, it became clear in recent weeks that getting approval would be too difficult.
2. HA: The acquisition of Hawaiian Holdings (HA) by Alaska Air Group (ALK) was completed on September 18, 2024. It took 290 days for the deal to be completed.
3. GTHX: The acquisition of G1 Therapeutics Inc. (GTHX) by Pharmacosmos A/S was completed on September 18, 2024. It took 42 days for the deal to be completed.
