Merger Arbitrage

1. SHCR: The acquisition of Sharecare Inc. (SHCR) by Altaris, LLC, for a closing value of $444.3 million. Under the terms of the agreement, Sharecare stockholders will receive $1.43 in cash per share.
2. ADTH: The acquisition of AdTheorent Holding Company Inc. (ADTH) by Cadent, LLC was completed on June 21, 2024. It took 81 days for this deal to be completed.
3. AGR: Avangrid (AGR) filed the preliminary proxy statement for its merger with Iberdrola, S.A. The companies expect the merger to be completed during the fourth quarter of 2024.
