  1. Vista Equity Partners completed the acquisition of Duck Creek Technologies (DCT).
  2. Oak Street Health (OSH) announced that the special meeting of stockholders will be on April 28, 2023. The waiting period under the HSR Act expired on March 27, 2023.
  3. According to Reuters, Canadian Minister of Innovation, Science and Industry Francois-Philippe Champagne is set to rule on Rogers Communication’s (RCI) deal to buy Shaw Communications (SJR) on Friday.
  4. Shareholders of AgroFresh Solutions (AGFS) approved the company’s merger with Paine Schwartz Partners at a special meeting of shareholders.
