August 3, 2021: Melody Investment Advisors LP, an alternative asset manager focused on mission-critical communications infrastructure, announced that it has submitted a proposal to purchase 100% of the assets currently owned by Landmark Infrastructure Partners LP (LMRK) through one or a series of transactions that would result in holders of Landmark’s common units receiving $16.25 per Landmark common unit in cash.
August 23, 2021: Landmark Infrastructure Partners LP (LMRK) announced that, following lengthy negotiations between the Conflicts Committee of the Board of Directors of Landmark Infrastructure Partners GP LLC and the Partnership’s sponsor, Landmark Dividend LLC, the Partnership and LD have entered into a definitive agreement under which the Partnership will be acquired by LD.
