November 8, 2022: CorePoint Lodging Inc. (CPLG) announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired through a joint venture between affiliates of Highgate and Cerberus Capital Management, L.P.

March 1, 2022: CorePoint Lodging, Inc. (CPLG)) announced that its stockholders voted to approve the acquisition of CorePoint by a joint venture between affiliates of Highgate and Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. (“Cerberus”). The transaction is expected to close as early as March 3, 2022, subject to satisfaction of the remaining closing conditions.
