1. ATKR: Atkore (ATKR) filed the preliminary proxy statement for its acquisition by Prysmian. The company expects the merger to be completed by year-end 2026.
2. SLP: Shareholders of Simulations Plus (SLP) approved the company’s merger with Altaris at a special meeting of shareholders held on August 27, 2026.
3. CRNX: Shareholders of Crinetics (CRNX) approved the company’s merger with Vertex (VRTX) at a special meeting of shareholders. Crinetics anticipates the merger will close on September 1, 2026.
