As I contemplated which deal I wanted to write about briefly for this week’s Merger Arbitrage Mondays articles, I realized that the three deals that were top of mind for me all had a Netflix (NFLX) connection.

The first was the largest deal announced last week, with Fox Corporation (FOXA) acquiring Roku (ROKU) for $22 billion in a cash plus stock deal that worked out to an implied value of $160 per share when the deal was announced. Class A and Class B shareholders of Roku will receive $96 in cash and 0.9693 of Fox Class A shares.
