1. WBD: Three Democratic U.S. senators urged the FCC to prevent Paramount Skydance (PSKY) from closing its $111 billion merger with Warner Bros. (WBD). In a letter to FCC Chair Brendan Carr, the senators warned that the deal’s newly disclosed financing, which shows nearly 49.5% foreign ownership, poses serious national security and foreign-policy risks.
