- TBRG: TruBridge (TBRG) filed a definitive proxy statement. The special meeting of shareholders will be held on July 7, 2026.
- LEG: Leggett & Platt (LEG) announced that on June 3, the required 30-day waiting period under the HSR Act expired. The company expects the transaction to close by year-end 2026.
- ORLA: Orla Mining (ORLA) announced that the special meeting of shareholders will be held on July 22, 2026, for shareholders of record as of June 15, 2026. Orla also updated on the work stoppage and blockade that temporarily halted operations at the Camino Rojo Mine in Zacatecas, Mexico, since June 1.
