1. PDCO: Patterson Companies (PDCO) filed a definitive proxy statement. The special meeting of shareholders will be held on April 1, 2025.
2. ENFN: Clearwater Analytics (CWAN) and Enfusion (ENFN) announced the expiration of the waiting period under the HSR Act, for Clearwater’s acquisition of Enfusion. The expiration of the waiting period occurred on February 24, 2025.
3. HCP: The acquisition of HashiCorp (HCP) by IBM (IBM) was completed on February 27, 2025. It took 309 days for the deal to be completed.
