Merger Arbitrage

1. BERY: Shareholders of Berry Global (BERY) approved the company’s merger with Amcor (AMCR) at a special meeting of shareholders held on February 25, 2025. The deal is expected to close in mid-2025.
2. INFN: The European Commission has granted unconditional approval under the EU Merger Regulation for Nokia’s (NOK) proposed acquisition of Infinera Corporation (INFN). The Commission determined that the transaction poses no competition concerns within the European Economic Area.
3. LBRDA: Charter Communications (CHTR) and Liberty Broadband Corporation (LBRDA) announced that their stockholders approved their proposed merger at the respective special meetings. The transaction is expected to close on June 30, 2027.
