Merger Arbitrage

1. IPG: The acquisition of The Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. (IPG) by Omnicom Group Inc. (OMC) for $16.72 billion in an all-stock deal. Under the terms of the agreement, Interpublic shareholders will receive 0.344 Omnicom shares for each share of Interpublic common stock they own. (Press Release)
2. EBTC: The acquisition of Enterprise Bancorp, Inc. (EBTC) by Independent Bank Corp. (INDB) for $562 million in a cash plus stock deal. As per the agreement terms, Enterprise shareholders will receive 0.60 shares of Independent common stock and $2.00 in cash for each share of Enterprise common stock they hold. (Press Release)
3. PTVE: The acquisition of Pactiv Evergreen Inc. (PTVE) by Novolex for $6.7 billion in an all-cash deal. As per the terms of the agreement, Novolex will acquire Pactiv Evergreen for $18.00 per share in cash. (Press Release)
