- EMKR: The acquisition of EMCORE Corporation (EMKR) by Velocity One, for a closing value of $57.55 million. Under the terms of the agreement, EMCORE will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Velocity One for a purchase price of $3.10 per share in cash. (Press Release)
- SBT: Sterling Bank and Trust (SBT) filed a definitive proxy statement. The special meeting of shareholders will be held on December 18, 2024.
- SPR: Reuters reported that Spirit AeroSystems (SPR) and Boeing (BA) are close to reaching a funding agreement to give the struggling Boeing supplier a cash lifeline. A deal could be announced in the next few days.
