1. AGR: Avangrid (AGR) filed a definitive proxy statement. The special meeting of shareholders will be held on September 26, 2024.
2. ATRI: Shareholders of Atrion Corporation (ATRI) approved the company’s merger with Nordson Corporation (NDSN) at a special meeting of shareholders held on August 19.
3. ASXC: Shareholders of Asensus Surgical (ASXC) approved the company’s merger with KARL STORZ Endoscopy-America, Inc. at a special meeting of shareholders. The parties intend to close the Merger transaction on August 22, 2024.
