Merger Arbitrage

1. SRCL: The acquisition of Stericycle (SRCL) by Waste Management (WM), for a closing value of $7.2 billion. Under the terms of the agreement, Waste Management will acquire all outstanding shares of Stericycle for $62.00 per share in cash.
2. HCP: HashiCorp (HCP) filed the preliminary proxy statement for its merger with IBM (IBM).
3. HOLI: Hollysys Automation Technologies (HOLI) announced the appointment of Vocation HK CPA Limited as its independent registered public accounting firm, effective May 28, 2024. Vocation will replace Union Power HK CPA Limited as Hollysys’ independent registered public accounting firm.
