1. ASTR: Astra Space (ASTR) filed the preliminary information statement. The company expects the merger to be completed during the second quarter of 2024.
2. HAYN: Haynes International (HAYN) withdrew the merger application from the Austrian FCA on May 31, 2024.
3.  FUSN: The acquisition of Fusion Pharmaceuticals Inc. (FUSN) by AstraZeneca (AZN) was completed on June 4, 2024. It took 77 days for this deal to be completed.
