1. SLCA: U.S. Silica Holdings (SLCA) filed a definitive proxy statement. The special meeting of shareholders will be held on July 16, 2024.
2. NVEI: Nuvei Corporation (NVEI) announced that proxy advisory firm Glass Lewis has recommended that Nuvei shareholders vote FOR the merger with Advent International.
3. BATL: On June 10, 2024, Battalion Oil (BATL) and Fury Resources signed a Fifth Amendment to their Agreement and Plan of Merger, and previously amended four times. This Fifth Amendment, approved by Battalion’s board of directors upon the recommendation of its Special Committee, extends the deadline for Parent to obtain equity financing.
