- MGRC: WillScot Mobile Mini Holdings (WSC) announced certified substantial compliance with the Second Request for its merger with McGrath RentCorp (MGRC).
- X: U.S. Steel (X) and Nippon Steel announced that they have received all regulatory approvals outside of the United States related to their proposed merger.
