Merger Arbitrage

1. ETRN: EQT (EQT) announced the expiration of the waiting period under the HSR Act on May 22, 2024. EQT and Equitrans (ETRN) expect to close the merger in the third quarter of 2024.
2. ERF: On May 23, 2024, Enerplus Corporation (ERF) announced a special cash dividend in connection with its merger with Chord Energy Corporation (CHRD).
3. TARO: On May 23, 2024, Sun Pharmaceutical Industries and Taro Pharmaceutical Industries (TARO)  announced that their merger was approved by Taro shareholders.
