AIRC: Apartment Income REIT (AIRC) filed a definitive proxy statement. The special meeting of shareholders will be held on June 25, 2024.
MTTR: On May 21, 2024, Matterport (MTTR) and CoStar (CSGP) announced that they filed HSR notifications with the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice on May 3, 2024. The merger is expected to close in 2024.
HES: Hess (HES) announced it faces three lawsuits alleging inadequate disclosures over its proposed sale to Chevron (CVX). All three lawsuits seek to delay further or block the deal.
