DPSI: The acquisition of DecisionPoint Systems (DPSI) by an affiliate of Barcoding Holdings, a portfolio company of Graham Partners, for a closing value of $85.62 million. Under the terms of the agreement, DecisionPoint stockholders will receive $10.22 per share in cash.
