Mobility solutions provider DecisionPoint Systems, Inc (DPSI) entered into a definitive agreement to merge with an affiliate of Barcoding Holdings, a portfolio company of Graham Partners, for about $85.62 million, in an all-cash deal.
Barcoding is taking the company private by paying DecisionPoint stockholders $10.22 per share in cash, representing a 27% premium from the stock’s last close.
The deal, which DecisionPoint’s board has unanimously approved, is expected to close in July 2024.
DecisionPoint Systems is a mobility-first enterprise services and solutions company. It provides mobility solutions to retail, supply chain, hospitality, healthcare, and other verticals.
Barcoding is a supply chain automation company that helps organizations be more efficient, accurate, and connected. Barcoding was acquired by an affiliate of Graham Partners, Inc. in September 2023.
