2. HAYN: Haynes International (HAYN) and North American Stainless filed a definitive proxy statement. The shareholders meeting will be held on April 16,2024.
3. SPLK: The acquisition of Splunk (SPLK) by Cisco (CSCO) was completed on March 18, 2024. It took 179 days for this deal to be completed.
