Announcing The First Acquisition by Inside Arbitrage

I am super excited to announce the very first acquisition by Inside Arbitrage. A few months ago the brilliant value investor Saj Karsan decided to part ways with his project Conference Call Transcripts (CCT), and guess what? We seized the opportunity!

CCT is a treasure trove for investors, sending instant alerts whenever a company of interest filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or had a new conference call transcript.

CCT also allows you to keep an eye on the quarterly 13F filingsfrom top-tier firms and investment maestros like Seth Klarman, Dan Loeb, Mohnish Pabrai and more. The site includes a list of preferred shares, an area our friend Shailesh likes to focus on for his income focused service Yield Guru.

Reflecting on our journey in our year-end update 2023: A Rollicking Year, we significantly enhanced both the breath and depth of Inside Arbitrage and grew revenue about 35% in 2023 and had plans to grow an additional 50% this year. We have currently tracking ahead of plan this year and hopefully this acquisition will help us maintain or exceed our planned growth for 2024.

Our next move is to blend CCT’s innovative features into a new version of our User Portfolios feature that we launched last October and continue to provide more value to our subscribers.
