1. CPRI: China’s antitrust regulator approved Tapestry’s (TPR) $8.5 billion planned purchase of Capri Holdings (CPRI).
2. DOC: Healthpeak Properties (PEAK) announced that the special meeting of stockholders, to consider and vote on a proposal to adopt the Agreement and Plan of Merger with Physicians Realty Trust (DOC) will be held on February 21, 2024.
3. THRX: The tender offer for Theseus Pharmaceuticals (THRX) will expire on February 7, 2024.
