1. CCF: The acquisition of Chase Corporation (CCF) by an affiliate of investment funds managed by KKR was completed on November 14, 2023. It took 116 days for this deal to be completed.
2. OLK: Olink Holding AB announced that the waiting period under the HSR Act has expired.
3. AMNB: Shareholders of American National Bankshares (AMNB) approved the company’s merger with Atlantic Union Bankshares Corporation (AUB) at a special meeting of shareholders.
