- According to The Wall Street Journal, the European Union’s antitrust watchdog approved Microsoft’s (MSFT) planned acquisition of Activision Blizzard (ATVI), giving the two companies a win after the deal hit a regulatory roadblock in the U.K.
- BP p.l.c. (BP) completes the acquisition of TravelCenters of America (TA).
- Seagen (SGEN) and Pfizer (PFE) filed with the FTC and DOJ a Notification and Report Form relating to the merger agreement and the merger as required under the HSR Act.
