1. The acquisition of Interactive Intelligence Group (ININ) by Genesys for $1.4 billion or $60.50 per share in cash.
2. The acquisition of Cynapsus Therapeutics (CYNA) by Sunovion Pharmaceuticals for $624 million or $40.50 per share in cash.
3. The acquisition of Accuride (ACW) by funds managed by Crestview Partners for $124.5 million or $2.58 per share in cash.
