W. R. Grace & Co. (GRA) today confirmed that it has received a proposal from 40 North Management LLC, one of its shareholders, to acquire all outstanding common shares of the Company for $60 per share in cash, subject to certain conditions.

January 11, 2021: 40 North Management LLC today sent a letter to the Board of Directors of W.R. Grace & Co (GRA) increasing its offer to acquire all of the outstanding shares of common stock for $65 per share in cash.
January 15, 2021: R. Gracej & Co. (GRA) today announced that it has sent a letter to 40 North Management LLC in response to 40 North’s January 11, 2021 revised unsolicited proposal to acquire Grace for $65 per share in cash.
April 01, 2021: 40 North Management LLC sent a letter to the Board of Directors of W.R. Grace & Co (GRA) increasing its offer to acquire all of the outstanding shares of common stock for $70 per share in cash.
