Bloomberg reported that GXO Logistics Inc. (GXO), the supply-chain services provider that spun off from trucking company XPO Inc. (XPO) in 2021, is exploring a sale.

The Greenwich, Connecticut-based company is working with financial advisers and began to review its options after receiving interest from potential buyers.

October 31, 2024: The CEO of shipping and logistics company Maersk indicated that the company will not be participating in the GXO Logistics (GXO) sales process.

December 3, 2024: Bloomberg reported that GXO Logistics (GXO) plans to remain an independent company, spurning acquisition offers as the supply-chain services provider prepares to replace its chief executive officer. The company reached the decision after exploring sale options in recent months.
