Update(s):

March 18, 2024: According to Reuters, CC Capital, the investment firm led by former Blackstone (BX), executive Chinh Chu, is one of the suitors in talks to take members club operator Soho House (SHCO), private. The talks with CC Capital have been on and off since late last year.

May 31, 2024: Soho House & Co (SHCO) announced it had received interest from a party that conditioned a proposal on certain Class B holders rolling over their equity interests in the Company as part of a transaction to take Soho House private.

The Special Committee concluded that the offer did not adequately reflect the value of the Company and was not in the best interests of its public stockholders. Consequently, the Special Committee has been dissolved by the board.
