On July 18, 2023, CSP EAF II GP Limited, as general partner of CSP Fund II LP, an entity affiliated with the CSP Management submitted an offer letter to the Startek board of directors to acquire all of the outstanding shares of Common Stock of the Startek (SRT) not already beneficially owned by CSP Management at a price per share of $3.80 in cash.

Previously in December 2021, CSP Management Limited submitted a preliminary non-binding proposal to the Board of Directors of the Issuer related to the proposed acquisition by the Reporting Persons of all of the shares of StarTek (SRT) Common Stock not beneficially owned by the Reporting Persons for a cash consideration of US$5.40 per share.

On September 19, 2022, CSP Management Limited, submitted a letter to the Special Committee of the Board of Directors to formally withdraw the non-binding proposal submitted to the Board of Directors of StarTek (SRT) on December 20, 2021.

August 25, 2023: Startek (SRT) forms a special committee to evaluate CSP Management’s non-binding proposal of $3.80 in cash per share dated July 18, 2023.
