According to WSJ, Nuvei (NVEI) the Canadian payments processor backed by actor Ryan Reynolds, is in advanced talks with private equity firm Advent International for a buyout.

April 1, 2024: According to Bloomberg, Advent International is in advanced talks to buy Canadian payments processor Nuvei Corp. (NVEI). The buyout firm is putting the finishing touches on its offer for Nuvei and an agreement could be announced as soon as Monday.
