March 15, 2023: Related to the Circor (CIR) previously announced review of strategic alternatives, CIRCOR’s Board of Directors, supported by external advisors and the management team, continues to progress with the review. Through its external advisors, the Board is in dialogue with a number of parties that have expressed interest in acquiring all or parts of the CIRCOR.

June 05, 2023: CIRCOR International (CIR), announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by investment funds managed by KKR, a leading global investment firm, in an all cash transaction valued at approximately $1.6 billion, including the assumption of debt.
