February 16, 2022: SeaWorld Entertainment Inc. (SEAS) signaled it was unlikely to pursue a deal for Cedar Fair LP (FUN) after the latter rejected its approach, stymieing a takeover that would have combined two theme-park businesses that were hit by the Covid-19 pandemic.
