September 2, 2022: Drugstore chain owner CVS Health Corp (CVS) is in advanced talks to buy home-healthcare company Signify Health Inc (SGFY) for about $8 billion, according to a person familiar with the matter.

September 5, 2022: CVS Health (CVS) and Signify Health (SGFY) have entered into a definitive agreement under which CVS Health will acquire Signify Health for $30.50 per share in cash, representing a total transaction value of approximately $8 billion.
