January 30, 2018: U.S. chipmaker Intel Corp (INTC) has bid $5.5-$6 billion in cash and stock to buy Israel’s Mellanox Technologies (MLNX), Israeli media reported on Wednesday.

March 10, 2019: Nvidia Corp. (NVDA) is nearing an agreement to buy Israeli chipmaker Mellanox Technologies (MLNX), which would help it gain technology used to speed the flow of information around data centers, people familiar with the matter said.
