1. RMAX: RE/MAX (RMAX) and Real Brokerage (REAX) announced the deadline for shareholders to elect the form of consideration that they wish to receive in the acquisition of REMAX by Real. The deadline is August 18, 2026.
2. WBD: Judge Araceli Martínez-Olguín has set March 2, 2027, as the trial date for the litigation brought by the State of California and the Writers Guild of America (WGA) against Paramount Skydance (PSKY) and Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD). The trial is scheduled for a total of 12 court days, concluding on March 19, 2027.
3. IHS: Shareholders of IHS Holding (IHS) approved the company’s merger with MTN Group at a special meeting.
