Introduction 

The COVID years still feel like a bit of a blur to me, in the sense that it simultaneously feels like a great amount of time has passed and no time has passed at all. It’s hard to believe we’re coming up on over 6 years since the pandemic, but I think the five year mark was a bit more significant – especially since for a few months in March and April 2025, the 5-year return of multiple stocks looked incredibly impressive due to the rebound from the initial pandemic fears.
