2. Shareholders of U.S. Well Services (USWS) approved the company’s merger with ProFrac Holding (PFHC) at a special meeting of shareholders.
3. Shareholders of Resolute Forest Products (RFP) approved the company’s merger with The Paper Excellence Group at a special meeting of shareholders.
