Premium Post: Three New Features and a Merger Arb Situation

Over the last 14 months since the launch of the premium version of Inside Arbitrage we have added numerous features to the site including,

• spread charts to display the history of each deal’s spread from announcement to completion or failure and added key events to the chart
• a sector heat map that highlights an increase in management only insider purchases within a specific sector or industry
• the stock buybacks strategy and an associated screener called the double dipper, which looks for companies that are buying back their stock while their insiders are independently also purchasing company stock
