Dating app Bumble entered into a merger agreement on October 13, 2026, to be acquired by Ithaca Holdings in a deal valued at $1.30 billion. The deal comes after years of struggling to revive growth, as the online dating industry faces mounting pressure from declining users and shifting dating habits among Gen Z.
