1. MAG: MAG Silver (MAG) announced that the special meeting of shareholders will be held on July 10, 2025. The deal is expected to be completed in the second half of 2025.
2. PLYA: Hyatt Hotels (H) announced that 101.9 million shares of Playa Hotels & Resorts (PLYA), representing about 82.8% of Playa’s outstanding shares, were validly tendered as of June 9, 2025. These tendered shares, along with the 12.14 million Playa ordinary shares owned by Hyatt and its affiliates, represent about 92.7% of the outstanding Playa ordinary shares.
3. DADA: Shareholders of Dada Nexus (DADA) approved the company’s merger with JD Sunflower Investment Limited at a special meeting of shareholders.
