ALTM: Arcadium Lithium (ALTM) announced that the sanction hearing for the Royal Court of Jersey to hear Arcadium Lithium’s application to sanction the merger with Rio Tinto (RIO) has been set for March 5, 2025, with the closing of the merger expected to occur on March 6, 2025.
EDR: TKO Group Holdings (TKO) announced the close of its acquisition of IMG, On Location, and Professional Bull Riders from Endeavor Group Holdings (EDR).
CCRN: Shareholders of Cross Country Healthcare (CCRN) approved the company’s merger with Aya Healthcare at a special meeting of shareholders. Cross Country and Aya Healthcare expect to complete the transaction in the second half of 2025.
