Merger Arbitrage

1. MRNS: The acquisition of Marinus Pharmaceuticals (MRNS) by Immedica Pharma was completed on February 11, 2025. It took 43 days for the deal to be completed.
2. ENFN: Clearwater Analytics (CWAN) filed Form S-4 for the acquisition of Enfusion (ENFN). Clearwater and Enfusion expect to complete the merger in the second quarter of 2025.
3. SILV: SilverCrest Metals (SILV) announced that the Supreme Court of British Columbia has granted the final order in connection with it’s acquisition by Coeur Mining (CDE). The deal is expected to close on or about February 14, 2025.
