1. MNTX: The acquisition of Manitex International (MNTX) by Tadano was completed on January 2, 2025. It took 112 days for the deal to be completed.
2. MKFG: Markforged (MKFG) announced that a complaint has been filed by Desktop Metal (DM) on December 31, 2024, captioned Desktop Metal, Inc. v. Nano Dimension Ltd., et al. in the Delaware Court of Chancery in which Nano (NNDM) and Markforged are among the named defendants. Markforged believes that Desktop Metal’s claims and requested relief against Markforged are without merit and intends to vigorously defend against them.
3. IBTX: The acquisition of Independent Bank (IBTX) by SouthState Corporation (SSB) was completed on January 1, 2025. It took 226 days for the deal to be completed.
