Merger Arbitrage

1. LBRDA: Charter Communications (CHTR) filed a Form S-4 for the acquisition of Liberty Broadband (LBRDA). The deal is expected to close on June 30, 2027.
2. PGRU: The acquisition of PropertyGuru Group (PGRU) by EQT Private Capital Asia, part of EQT AB was completed on December 13, 2024. It took 119 days for the deal to be completed.
3. IBTX: Independent Bank (IBTX) announced that the Federal Reserve Board and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency approved the company’s merger with SouthState (SSB). All required regulatory approvals to complete the mergers have now been received.
