I was torn between writing about Capri (CPRI) considering it called off its merger with Tapestry (TPR) yesterday and providing an update about Postal Realty Trust. I decided to focus on Postal Realty to allow me to do some work on the prospects of Capri as a stand alone company and cover it in either the deal postmortem we plan to publish later this month or the next monthly special situations newsletter.
