1. BMTX: The acquisition of BM Technologies, Inc. (BMTX) by First Carolina Bank, for a closing value of $54.54 million. Under the terms of the agreement, First Carolina will purchase all outstanding BM Technologies’ shares of common stock for $5.00 per share in an all-cash transaction.
2. ANSS: UK CMA announced the launch of its merger inquiry for the acquisition of Ansys (ANSS) by Synopsys (SNPS). The Phase 1 decision deadline is set as December 20, 2024.
3. PETQ: The acquisition of PetIQ, Inc. (PETQ) by Bansk Group was completed on October 25, 2024. It took 79 days for the deal to be completed.
