Merger Arbitrage

1. DOMA: The acquisition of Doma Holdings (DOMA) by Title Resources Group was completed on September 27, 2024. It took 183 days for the deal to be completed.
2. AUGX: Shareholders of Augmedix (AUGX) approved the company’s merger with Commure at a special meeting of shareholders. The parties expect the Merger to be completed on or around October 2, 2024.
3. FYBR: Frontier (FYBR) filed the preliminary proxy statement for its merger with Verizon (VZ). The companies expect the merger to be completed by the first quarter 2026.
